1. Booking and Confirmation
When you make a booking through TransfersTangier, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. A booking is confirmed when you receive a unique reference ID. TransfersTangier reserves the right to cancel any booking if inaccurate information is provided.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are fixed at the time of booking. Prices include tolls, fuel, and driver costs unless stated otherwise. A small deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver in cash (EUR, USD, or MAD) upon arrival. We also accept USD at the prevailing exchange rate.
3. Cancellation and Changes
Free cancellation and route changes are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. To cancel or modify a booking, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your reference ID.
4. Driver and Vehicle
TransfersTangier partners with licensed, professional drivers. Vehicle images are for illustration purposes and the actual vehicle may differ. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher class without prior notice. All vehicles are air-conditioned and insured.
5. Flight Delays and Waiting Time
We monitor flight arrivals in real-time. Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra cost. For non-airport pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes is included; additional waiting time may incur charges.
6. Liability
TransfersTangier acts as a booking platform and is not directly liable for actions of third-party drivers. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or events beyond our control. Luggage is carried at the passenger's own risk.
7. Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers. Smoking, eating, or consuming alcohol inside vehicles is prohibited. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger's behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
8. Changes to Terms
TransfersTangier reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
