Information We Collect

When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, and any additional notes you provide (such as flight numbers or special requests). This information is necessary to arrange and confirm your transfer.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to: process and confirm your booking, communicate with you about your transfer, share relevant details with your driver for pickup coordination, and provide customer support via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Data Sharing

We share your booking details (name, phone, pickup location, destination, date, and flight number) with your assigned driver solely for the purpose of completing your transfer. We do not sell or rent your booking details. Optional advertising measurement is described below; WhatsApp links open Meta’s WhatsApp service, whose own privacy policy applies.

Location Search

Pickup and destination search uses Google Maps Platform. The location text you type is sent to Google to suggest matching places. When you select a suggestion, we request its coordinates to calculate your transfer quote. Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy. Location search is separate from optional advertising measurement.

Data Storage and Security

Your booking data is stored securely in our database. We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice and, within the current tab, your accepted transfer request details. Optional Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads tags load only after you accept optional cookies. Clarity collects behavioral metrics and may record site interactions in session replays and heatmaps so we can understand and improve the site. Clarity masks sensitive content by default. With your consent, Google measures accepted transfer requests and WhatsApp clicks using a request reference and page location; we do not send your name, phone, email, addresses or special requests in those events. These services may use cookies and receive device or network information. You can reject optional cookies or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Rejecting them does not prevent booking. Changing your choice stops future optional measurement and tells Clarity to remove its cookies; previously stored cookies can also be removed in your browser settings.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us. To exercise these rights, contact us with your booking reference. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
