Use Idou Malabata Beach & Spa and the Ghandouri entrance from your reservation. ‘Malabata beach’ alone can point to a different part of the bay. Share the hotel location rather than selecting a generic city-centre destination in your request.
The published road reference is about 35 minutes from TNG. Do not use a central Tangier estimate to arrange a hotel appointment immediately after landing: airport formalities and traffic come before reception check-in. Tell the hotel if you expect a late arrival.
If several guests on the same hotel reservation land on different flights, say whether everyone will wait and travel together. This changes the pickup plan and luggage count. Trips back into central Tangier during the stay are separate from this arrival at the Ghandouri property.

Use ‘Idou Malabata Beach & Spa’ rather than just ‘Malabata’ on the request. Malabata is an area name, while the hotel is a specific destination in Ghandouri. A broad beach pin can point to another property or a place that is inconvenient with cases.
If arriving at a busy time on the coast, let reception know the flight arrival window instead of promising a precise road arrival. For a stay with children, request the required seats before confirmation and include the number of larger suitcases; a family beach stay can need more luggage space than the passenger count suggests.
